All bookings to be secured at the time of booking confirmation with an advance deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay (minimum deposit: 2 nights) to our Bank Account.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation 30 days prior to arrival, results in keep the advanced payment that is the 30% payment of the entire booking and in short-stay reservations at least the cost of the first two nights.
Any cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, or non show, results in keep the advanced payment. Less stay results in 100% payment of the rest days of the booking.
